From growing up as a young girl in India, to getting married into a traditional family and moving to UK, there has always been a focus on learning to cook a variety of foods for the whole family to enjoy. I have been fortunate to learn many traditional methods of cooking which have been passed down from my loving mother. After moving to the UK, I learnt newer styles of cooking which I have incorporated to cater for the modern palates of the younger generation.
