Hi, my name is Jimmy. Welcome to the Channel! My hope with this channel is to document my progress as time goes on, successes and failures both, for my own posterity. If you can learn something along the way...at the very least, learn from my mistakes...well then we'll both be better off won't we? I currently live on a one acre plot of land with my family. We want to be homesteaders but we have a long way to go! Over the last couple of years we started thinking about a bigger picture. We wanted more land where we could grow most, if not all, of our food. Somewhere out in the country where there are no HOAs or restrictions telling us how to live.
