We are a husband and wife team who have always worked together. Sounds good right? But in our 30-year partnership, we have had our share of disasters. At our very first marriage conference which we spoke at together…we weren’t even speaking to each other because we were both so annoyed. But we never gave up. Since then we have been on a journey of learning to appreciate each other’s’ strengths and leveraging those strengths for greater effectiveness. We find that together, we are better. Our own bumpy journey became a passion to help other leaders learn to lead with others well and excel in the area of relational health. We divide our time between Asia and Canada. Our areas of expertise include shared leadership, women in leadership, self-leadership, team building and marriage coaching. We use coaching, mentoring, speaking and team building to support leaders in their growth. We both hold a MA in Leadership and have trained as accredited leadership coaches. Welcome here.
