Ciao Amici: I want to know how you could do something your whole life without loving what you were doing, you can't. As a kid I grew up helping in the family restaurant and I suppose, even though I didn't know it at the time that I was destined to make cooking my career. In this channel I will show the home chef how to prepare tasty dishes the way a restaurant chef would do it. Show the audience little tips that took me a lifetime to learn and show how you can use these little tips to make your cooking experience easier.
