The Greater Wichita YMCA helps our community make healthy connections by offering fitness, education, social, and relaxation activities for all ages, abilities, and interests. Since 1885, the volunteer-lead Greater Wichita YMCA has been mission-driven to empower healthy lifestyles, strong families, and positive youth development for all in Southcentral Kansas. We employ 1,400+ and serve – regardless of ability to pay - 300,000+ of our neighbors in Butler, Harvey, Kingman, Reno, and Sedgwick Counties. We offer hundreds of programs and activities at ten area branch locations in Andover, El Dorado, Newton, and Wichita, YMCA Farha Sport Centers in Andover and Wichita, Camp Hyde in Viola, and at dozens of partner and program sites throughout the area.
