Cafe Amora Kitchen was set up in the middle of the Pandemic when Rina and I started dating and we were not able to go out on a proper date. Instead we made special meals and desserts for one another so that we could have date nights together. We called out date night restaurant Cafe Amora! Amora? Don't you mean amor? No I mean Amora. Rina would call me Amoro as her term of endearment for me so of course I would call her Amora since all words in spanish for women end in "a". Well it turned out that "amora" is not an actual word in spanish and Rina never told me.... so it stuck. This is the beginning of Cafe Amora. Rina and I are now married and we want to share our love for each other, food and family so we started Cafe Amora Kitchen! Our channel will focus on the meals we love, the desserts we create and the libations we drink! We hope you enjoy our creations. We focus on Latin food as well as American and anything else we can create!
