I am a wife and mother of 4. I started keto/low carb after the birth of my now 7yr old. I have lost over 42 lbs with low carb eating. I have also done a low carb pregnancy with my now 5yr old and keto breastfeeding for a year. I am now eating vegan keto and working my way back to my lowest weight since I started my keto diet. I need variety in order to stay faithful to the keto/low carb way of eating.
