I'm by NO means a professional chef. I just have a blast cooking all sorts of recipes (none of which I look up beforehand) and making a complete mess of my kitchen. These videos started a few years ago when I brought in sweet and spicy meatballs for a work potluck. My coworkers asked for a recipe, so I thought it would be more entertaining to make a video of myself cooking it - and it was. Anyways, I'm starting to sound like a mom on Pinterest. Cooking isn't about skill. It shouldn't be a chore. But you SHOULD have fun while doing it. I don't typically post recipes, mostly because I don't use/create any. Every time I cook something it turns out differently. If you're interested in how I do something, feel free to comment and I'll fill you in as best as I can.
