TheParentCulture provides parents with the skills and tools to better communicate with their children so that they have a stress free and wholesome life at home and hence at work. Co-founders Kiran Negi is a professional trainer who has worked with organisations like UNICEF, UN WOMEN and The World Bank and non-profits advocating for gender and child rights. She uses theatre to enhance communication and social skills. She is certified in basics off counselling. In addition to this, she is honing her negotiation and facilitation skills daily with her 5-year old twins. Rumana Roopwala is a single parent of an 8-year-old son, having done her Bachelor of Arts and Psychology. She is also a Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has been training for 15 years. She has worked with individuals, parents, teachers and children from various backgrounds, environments and strata of life, which helps her understand the importance of support and that empowers and enriches.
