J-CROSS - "Joint Cross Border Cooperation for Securing Societies Against Natural and Man Made Disasters " is a European project funded by Interreg - IPA CBC (CCI 2014 TC 16 I5CB 009). J-CROSS aim to prove that joint cross border planning for prevention, preparedness and management of emergencies can save time, effort and make optimal use of resources in an efficient and effective manner. J-CROSS main objective is to minimize risks from natural and man made disasters in the Regions of Western Macedonia and Pelagonia. Such approach includes the Joint Cross Border Action Plan for establishing long term cooperation and a series of interventions to tackle current risk problems.
