Hi All, I have been an instructor since 2008, and it all started with Zumba!! I can't deny my roots!! However, I Love so many different styles of dance! I Love Hip Hop! I'm having an Awesome journey doing what I love, dancing!! I'm currently choreographing to new hits released, so you don't want to miss my upcoming vids! I do believe in positive music, so that's a choice I make when choosing the music. I want to help you reach your fitness goals, along with losing weight, etc. This is the ultimate therapy as well!! I wouldn't know what to do without dance because it's so essential in my life and I'm sure it is for you too. Dance is of an essence in many avenues! It's my Happy Hour!
