About

Johnny Huynh has a rare gift: he doesn’t just sing to you—he sings for you. With a voice that cuts straight to the soul and lyrics that echo unspoken emotions, the Seattle-born Vietnamese-American vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer has struck a powerful chord with millions. His uncanny ability to channel raw, intimate feelings through music has built a devoted following of fans who see their own stories reflected in every note he sings. Raised in the quiet town of Bothell, WA, Johnny’s musical journey began early. At just four years old, he started classical piano training, eventually transitioning to jazz in middle school, where he dove deep into chord theory. A proud “band geek” in high school, he racked up soloist awards at local jazz festivals, competed at the state level, and led his school’s marching band as captain. In college, music became his refuge following his first major heartbreak. What started as a coping mechanism—posting heartfelt covers on social media—soon became a global phenomenon. His deeply emotional rendition of d4vd’s “Romantic Homicide” went viral on TikTok, resonating far beyond expectations. From there, Johnny continued to captivate with a mix of original songs and viral covers, building a loyal community of over 7.8 million followers on TikTok and 3.6 million on Instagram. Unfiltered, empathetic, and sonically mesmerizing, Johnny Huynh isn’t just creating music—he’s creating connection.
