Hello! The Coach Marshy YouTube channel is a platform to inspire people to improve their health, fitness and learn about strength and conditioning for running. Neil Marsh (or Coach Marshy) has a wealth of knowledge to share with the Coach Marshy audience having worked in the fitness industry since 2007. Neil is currently a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a GP Exercise Referral Specialist.
