An accessible, interesting and knowledgeable exploration of Goju Ryu: kata, bunkai, history and more, all from Goju Ryu Karate Centre, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We are an OGKK (Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate-do Kyokai) affiliated dojo, with direct lineage to Okinawa. Celebrating, exploring and discussing Goju Ryu karate, the traditional Okinawan martial art created by Sensei Chojun Miyagi. Offering ideas for instructors, guidance for beginners, and material for karate researchers.
