Hi! Welcome to our little London Kitchen! These are traditional Korean recipes from my grandmother and mother. They always cooked delicious authentic Korean food where ever they lived in the world, using local ingredients. Their cooking style is to keep things simple and focus on the ingredients. You can also visit us at our www.mymommykim.com or on our Instagram @mymommykim Currently living in the UK, I'm keen to cook authentic Korean without having to go to the Asian grocer too much (I'm lazy and time poor!) so started to document the recipes for myself. But as with all good things, they are even better when shared! Sharing these recipes makes me happy because it reminds me of all the love I've received from my mom and grandmother.
