I create cooking videos for people with allergies. Why, you ask? Sometimes, a need, a necessity, has the power to turn into a passion, and show you a side of yourself you never knew existed. When my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease, she was seven years old, an allergy of gluten (contained in wheat, barley etc.), I knew she could never have food like she used to. But I sought out to change that and cooking gluten free food became my passion. It has been 10 years since and I have come a long way in my cooking journey. From being able to cook only basic gluten free food, today I am able to cook anything my daughter craves for, and it gives me a sense of fullness when I hear that “Yum” from my daughter. The purpose of this channel is to share all that I have learnt and will learn, with as many people I can, so that I can be a part of making their lives a bit easier, and of course tastier. I would like to thank my son and mom without whom this journey would have been incomplete.
