Definitely a learning process to do n redo things differently to make life easier. Traditional Indian cooking had been my main focus for many years, learnt a lot of things but it didn't really make me happy until I conveyed the same to other people Including my daughter n make it easy to follow through.The lengthy process and too many ingredients SHOULD'NT SCARE you, life doesn't have to be that complicated is what I tell her all the time and now to you too. I make EASY DISHES, figure out substitutes, with readily available ingredients and SIMPLIFY cooking process so anyone from ANY PART OF THE GLOBE can follow and try it out.
