My name is Ian and I run every day. I began my running streak on December 23rd 2019 and have run everyday since then. I run a variety of distances, from 5ks to Ultramarathons. I'm learning as I go and want to continue to improve as a runner and an athlete as I get older. I'm like you: a normal guy, with a normal amount of time (sometimes), a normal budget and family and work commitments. My running streak is for health, fitness and wellness.
