"METIME STUDIO" is our answer for all the requests we have got from you for video workouts. As you know, we love exercise and love doing face to face classes but in the current climate that is just not possible. We decided to upload video workouts starting from warm up, senior & pregnancy exercises, Legs-Bums-Tums, HIIT and stretches. We are not professional camera people, so please be kind as we were very nervous about being on screen. We decided to name it “ME TIME STUDIO" as your studio could be anywhere, from your kitchen, to bedroom, to living room, to garage or to garden.
