Started in 2009, E4 Youth is a nonprofit organization that engages, empowers, educates, and employs the young talent of color an equitable future demands. For over a decade, E4 Youth has specialized in workforce development for creative youth, serving high school and college-aged students across Central Texas through school districts, afterschool programs, colleges, and universities. E4 Youth’s Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) consists of college-aged youth who serve as Creative Mentors in local high schools or Digital Docents, creating unique content for industry partners and sister nonprofits, as well as VR/AR projects for the What Once Was platform. E4 Youth is committed to ensuring that young people of color are seen, heard, and hired.
