Hi, we are Jigar & Nirali with professional degrees in Finance & Food Technology. We have created this channel to share our recipes (some of them are handed down over generations) & experiences with baking & cooking various cuisines. You can expect to see food recepies from: - India - Mexico - Italy - Finland & some unconventional snacks. We will also share recipes from our mothers' kitchen. In addition to this we shall share cooking tips, possible healthier alternatives & explanations of science behind some ingredients used! The idea behind starting this channel was to express our passion of cooking dishes from different cuisines mainly using locally sourced ingredients. We have made egg-less/ vegan/ lacto-vegetarian/ higher protein versions of the recipes wherever possible. We hope you enjoy watching these videos & possibly incorporate them.
