Hi, I'm Carrie! My husband and I have been fulltime RVers for close to 4 years now. I started this channel because when we first started out I joined RV groups to learn more about RV living and what I found out was that most people were afraid to bake in their RV oven. I decided to challenge myself and start baking. Since then I have baked numerous cakes, cheesecakes, pies, brownies, cookies and even bread. I want to show others that using the RV oven is basically the same as using a regular full size oven. I hope you find the videos informative and helpful. Happy RVing!!!
