Welcome to Keto Cooking with Ron A little about me. My name is Ron on August 17th, 2020, I went on a weight loss journey that would forever change my life. On that date I was 64 years old and weighed in at a whopping 325 pounds I’m 5’8 inches in height. I been big all my life going back to my early adolescent years making bad food choices and not being educated enough on food choices. Food over the years have always been my comfort zone my best friend but my worst enemy. I have my many moments of great months and bad months, but life and weight loss is about the journey. I created Keto Cooking with Ron to help people who may be struggling to lose weight. Many of these recipes I made over the course of my weight loss journey. I hope you enjoy them.
