Hello, My name is Swapnil Tembe. I am an IAS officer from the 2015 batch posted in the beautiful state of Meghalaya in India. On this channel, I share my experiences from the field through vlogs, I document my initiatives to improve public service delivery and make awareness videos on various government schemes and projects. I also post videos on career counselling and UPSC Preparation. I did my B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and in the past, I have also worked as Assistant Commissioner in the Indian Revenue Service and as Assistant Commandant in the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force.
