I have always had a nostalgic soft spot for the die-cast toys of Matchbox, Corgi and Dinky generally made before the 1970's. Something about the design and the feel of them that any child of the 1960's and 1970's would recognise. Having had a collection of beaten up cars I had built up for my photographic projects i thought I would have a go at bringing them back to their original or not so original condition and have some fun along the way doing it and of course learning hopefully from my mistakes. If you have any suggestions on how I can improve what I am doing by all means comment away however no swearing please as there are a big range of viewers and I do not want to have people offended by some keyboard warrior twit.
