I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Pastor. I want to be able to encourage, motivate, and inspire you in multiple areas of your life. I will bring you full length follow along at home workouts for all levels. I will also talk about nutrition, give you recipes, and most importantly, share truth that will encourage you from God's word. Each of us is made with a specific purpose and even if you don't believe it, God made you to be exactly who you are and do great things for Him!
