Founded by Mase R. Molina, most of our members are also certified personal trainers or former trainers. One thing we have in common - a burning desire for self improvement! This team was created to share knowledge and debunk diet myths and contest prep myths. Our goal is to advance the sport of bodybuilding in the Rio Grande Valley, hence our name, Team RGV Bodybuilding.
