I'm Karen Carlson (YESKaren! Fitness, LLC). I am a certified Group Fitness & UpBeat Barre instructor, but I teach my own formats, including dance, cardio-kickboxing, strength, barre, FITFaith, and more. I started posting my dance choreography as a response to requests to help my class members learn the moves so they didn't feel overwhelmed during class, but since those early days, my expertise and passion has grown from dance to incorporate so much more.
