Brandon, Sarah, & Iko (🐕) here! 👋 Join us each week on our FLOATING tiny house in the Smoky Mtns! You can expect renovations, lifestyle vlogs, & how-to’s for living comfortably off the grid & on the water! Our floating cabin adventures began when we bought a dilapidated houseboat sight-unseen in 2021, fully renovated it, & became full time liveaboards for the following 2 years. We then used what we learned from our first home to build ourselves a brand new floating house in Spring of 2023. In the meantime, as our day jobs allow, we've been flipping other floating homes here on Lake Fontana & sharing the journey! There are many joys and challenges of living full-time on a "boat", and we are always learning as we go.
