Hello and welcome to Populence Academy ! I am Léa Ben zimra and I am here to help you enrich your professional skills thanks to gastronomy : the secret weapon of leaders ! How did I get here? In June 2012 I naively created a blog driven by sharing the pleasure restaurants gave me. My interviews with the greatest chefs and French gastronomy players gave me wings to start my business. I have been working with F&B professionals for over 10 years. My training in educational engineering and my courses in business and hotel management schools allowed me to discover university studies on gastronomy. Since the 1990s, researchers have shown the impact of meals on social relations and commercial negotiation. This is why I create training materials and workshops.
