NJ Surf Fitness, Bloomfield, NJ, is a company based on expanding peoples overall health, fitness, and lifestyle while incorporating surfing positions, balance, maneuvers, and culture. Whether you are a surfer, yogi, power lifter, runner or none of the above; we accommodate every age, skill level, and physical ability. If you are looking to start fresh with working out, or better the workout you already do, we can help! We work arms, legs, core, back, and full body in a fun and educational manner. Our mission is to introduce people to a new form of working out and getting in peak physical shape while having a good time and learning new things. Our clients will be given the opportunity to learn to surf in a controlled environment, while toning their body and never even having to get wet!
