W. Cryderman was formed in the summer of 2016, when Ryan Christopher Parks (B. Hamilton) convinced longtime friend Ryan Holzer (Billy Talbot Band, Even Stills) to return to Oakland from South Dakota to make a record. Andrew Macy (B. Hamilton, Tall Grass) and Raj Ojha (B. Hamilton, Once and Future Band) joined in and together they created “Cryderman”, the band’s debut, in 2018. Two years (and an added W.) later, the band is set to release its sophomore effort, “Grande Masterpiece”, recorded/mixed/mastered by Ojha at the band’s rehearsal space in Oakland. It holds true to the live, raw nature of previous, while, again with the help of the multitalented Joel Robinow (Once and Future Band), brings a new, more honed sound to Holzer’s songs. All members are currently sheltering in place in Oakland, California.
