What is Mom Life? This channel is all about motherhood, parenting hacks , community, fun and family. We are two Mom's sharing the unique and relatable journey in health and wellness based parenting. Bran is a wellness coach with a background in mental health and does empowerment and authenticity based speaking. Bran has two energetic boys, ages 3, and 6. Bran lives on the West Coast in CA. Sadiya: Loves yoga, healthy eating, and aspiring to live a balanced lifestyle. Sadiya is a certified yoga instructor and all around naturalista. Sadiya has a handsome 2 year old son who keeps her busy and smiling. Sadiya lives on the east coast in NY.
