Welcome to Calvertthedad Channel ! I started this originally to send family videos to friends and relatives. But the story telling took on a life of it's own and that's no surprise. I was a radio and television reporter and television executive over a 37 year career. I live in two different places, The Villages in Florida and Lake George New York. My two principal series are "Fishing The Withlacoochee" and "An Adirondack Summer". But there's lot of side action with Porsches and Ferraris, rocket launches from the Cape, and frankly anything else that catches my attention. Trains. Weather events. And some weird stuff. I shoot everything at the maximum possible resolution and the highest frame rates 4k 60fps. I've been a "resolution freak" every since I got an 8mm home movie camera at age 15. And some of my old adventures have been resurrected. It's all fun and non-depressing....and ya know...now days we kinda need that.
