Some thoughts on exercise... In good times, and especially in bad or unsettling times, we can always do something about our health. When we act with joy and curiosity about our ability to transform ourselves, our gesture of engagement feels empowering. As time passes, we can aim for different personal peaks and challenge ourselves to reach them. And if the exercise journey still continues after 50 years, as in my experience, there will always be another peak to aim for and feel enthusiastic about, even the highest peak.
