My vision here at Spice Palette is to bring authentic Bangladeshi food to every household. My cooking journey began as a young girl eagerly following my grandmother in her oondal (kitchen) in Bangladesh as her apprentice. This built the foundation of my cooking knowledge and paved the way to cook traditional Bangladeshi meals for my family when I immigrated to the UK. Food is an integral part of all cultures, which is why I started to teach my family and friends how to cook, allowing everyone to enjoy Bangladeshi culture. I want to use this platform to share my passion for cooking and bring your family together at the dinner table with flavoursome meals ranging from humble dishes to royal feasts.
