When I saw the videos with exercises on bars on youtube first time, I could not believe my eyes. I tried to do something, but I did not make 10 push-ups, so I told to myself that it is time to do something. I started in September 2009 and I've made a lot of progress since that time and it is only due to your videos, which gave me so much inspiration and mainly the motivation!
