Hi I'm Archie Pie. I'm a retired pro chef / Bistro owner from the centre of England. I was lucky enough in the 80s to attend chef school and work in France. This channel is my hobby. It keeps me sane. My videos are not that professionally produced but they're all tried, tested, gimmick-free and eaten by us! I'm always on hand if you need to drop me a line regarding any of the recipe vids you see. It's just me and my 17 year old daughter in our kitchen cooking great, easy and affordable dinners with an emphasis on Pie and Pastry.
