Hello! So, this channel as the name suggests will be about my journey through weightlifting. I coach weightlifting/powerlifting in my garage gym based in Illinois and I serve the people of Aurora. In my videos, I hope to spread more awareness about weightlifting/powerlifting as it relates to diversity and inclusivity! I believe good health, fitness and sport should be accessible to everyone! My life's mission is to be a guide in my client's journeys so that they are able to truly transform their lives to how they see fit.
