With consistant upgrading of my knowledge base through completing numerous Fitness related Certification courses, built on the foundation of my Degree Major in Physiology, and my Diploma in Exercise Sience, and having accumulated 35 years of invaluable experience training fellow soldiers in the military, to young aspiring athletes, elderly people re-inventing their health and fitness, business executives, and regular people like you and me, I have evolved into being more of a WELLNESS COACH than just a Fitness Trainer.
