I am an educator and quality management expert who specializes in quality strategies to help district leaders become more intentional, effective and efficient. Quality management is a critical tool for educators to leverage the methods of Lean and Six Sigma to systematically and intentionally improve their work and organizational outcomes. The Center for Quality Management in Education was established to provide the field of education with information, resources, training, and development in the principals of quality management as it applies to schools and school districts.
