Fresh 'N Lean is not another quick fix or fad diet. We do not eliminate carbs or restrict calories. Our concept is really quite simple: prepare healthy, fresh, and delicious meals, without all the preservatives, additives, sodium, and sugar that Americans have come to accept as "normal," and add the convenience of home/office delivery. Our Executive Chef was born, raised, and trained in Italy and is a master at taking any recipe and tailoring it to fit our specific nutritional requirements and standards. All meals are naturally high in fiber, acting initially as a "cleanse" for your system and regulating digestive functions. Our focus is on the ingredients. We purchase most of our organic grains from Europe where they do not allow the genetic modifications that have become so commonplace today in America. Our fruits and vegetables are also always organic, fresh, & we do not use corn, soy, or processed ingredients/artificial meats.
