Welcome to my channel, Yoga with Denise, coming to you from my sunroom accompanied by my faithful pal Almond Joy! 🐶 Here you’ll find me using the best tools to deal with life, my body, breath and mind also known as Yoga! I've been practicing Yoga for over 20 years, along the way I became a certified 500 hour Yoga Teacher, it's been quite the journey! When Covid hit I got busy, I started Yoga with Denise, teaching various types of Yoga classes, taking classes, challenges and workshops helped me keep sane.
