Hi i'm Tommy and live in ayrshire Scotland.I am a mental health ambassador and 1-1 befriender and group facilitator for eating disorder charities which are here in U.K. I am a certified personal trainer and a certified nutritionist and eating disorder therapist, . I cover my health journey from a past of ED and life with my wife and our fur family, as well as fitness ,nutrition and fun reaction videos .
