There are 73 million young people in the US- 90% report mental health problems with suicide as the second leading cause of death. Blue Fever's on a mission to reverse this epidemic by helping youth find the support they've been struggling to find online. Where to start? There are 6 million teens who have persistent feelings of sadness & hopelessness that, when unchecked, has contributed to 3 million who've experienced suicidal ideation. BF's north star is to support these 3 million people over the next 2 years, with our first benchmark at 1 million. We're 30% of the way there. By using the power of self expression, empathetic AI, positive peer support and technology with emotional relevance, we're creating a virtual community that is supportive, safe and hyper-focused on helping others grow into their authentic selves.
