I am national Athlete. You will watch videos related to Gymnastics, Headstands Variations, Athletics, Yoga , swimming. I never gone any gym, No guide no trainer , I myself learnt these and still learning . I workout Ground, home, Road, rivers, roof, ladders, jump above the bike. My aim was join the army but disqualified . I done Ncc as well . I am above the age of 32 and learning these since last year after the marriage. Mostly people leave these things after marriage but I just started these thing only for getting fitness but I reach to this stage on the basis of my hard work and passion. I motivated from others and I myself try to learn them. I'm master in headstand.
