Hey guys! Recently I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and it made a pretty big impact on my usual diet. I started eating a low-salt diet and quickly discovered ways to make my meals really tasty and healthy. I have gotten so good at this diet that I keep my salt intake down to only 500mg of sodium a day. So, I started this Youtube Channel called: Low-Salt Cooking with Kathleen. I am extremely excited to share my recipes and learn a little bit more about video editing. I was a little nervous to make these videos but everyone has to start somewhere.
