Hi! I am Sydney Brant, also known as the One Handed Chef! what you can expect from my channel is cooking, and baking videos, and how I do it with minimal use of my left hand. At birth I was diagnosed with cereal palsy which mainly effected the use of my left hand. Since the moment my parents let me get my hands on the stove I have been coming up with ways to adapt to kitchen life. I created this channel to help you out in the kitchen too if you have a disability or not! In my uploads you will see baking videos, cooking videos, and nail it or fail it videos. You will of course also see the tips, tricks, and strategies I use. I will have a new video every Saturday. I hope you will join me in my journey to becoming a better chef!
