We help BJJ players of all levels build strong, mobile and injury-proof bodies. The problem for most BJJ players: they’re plagued with injuries and struggle to find balance in their training. They love jiu jitsu. But after a few years of ups and downs often end up broken, disheartened, and quitting altogether. The journey isn’t easy. After 25 years on the mats and in the gym we’ve seen the highs and lows of the sport. But we know jiu jitsu has the power to change lives. We don’t think any BJJ player should feel too broken to continue, or lost on how to stay in shape on the mats. So, we created Bulletproof For BJJ. Founded by Joe Worthington and James Tomlinson, Bulletproof For BJJ was created to help elevate the level of performance and enjoyment for all BJJ practitioners.
