I'm Kevin with Little Man Muscle. I'm a 43 year old male who got fed up with being overweight, decided to lose about 50 pounds of fat, have been able to keep the fat off for over a year, and have built up some muscle through weight training. The goal of this channel is to provide some inspiration and motivation for others who desire to get in shape, based off my own accomplishments, as proof that you too can reach your weight loss and/or muscle building goals.
